Splendor Koi and Pond’s Fish Purchase Policy Please read before making your purchase
	Splendor Koi and Pond goes to great lengths to ensure we deliver top quality, healthy koi to our customers. First, we quarantine all koi that we receive from our fish farms for a minimum of 21 days. During this period we examine the koi in our in-house labatory and treat the koi for any ailments that might be present. Then, after this quarantine, we re-examine the koi and give them a clean bill of health before they are available for sale. Second, we are diligent in weekly water changes and daily checking all our water quality to ensue all our p/h, ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates all are within acceptable parameters because water quality is so important to the health of the koi. Third, we visually inspect the koi in all sales and holding tanks many times during the day to look for any signs of ailments that might cause the koi to be uncomfortable. Fourth, we also periodically re-examine these koi under the microscope, and do additional preventative treatments.	All Splendor koi is guaranteed 100% live and healthy
	Because of all our diligence, we guarantee 100% live and healthy koi. Whether you purchase locally or we ship out of state... it makes no difference. If you are not satisfied with the health of the koi when they arrive all you need to do is call us and let us know immediately. We will advise you with our recommendations for health care. If you notified us upon delivery about health concerns, take pictures of their condition, and the fish perish, we will refund your money or resend you additional fish immediately. We stand behind every single koi we sell. That's the only way we do business. The right way! Once you receive the koi we can no longer guarantee its health because it is in your possession and we do not have control of the handling, your water quality, or the health and condition of your existing fish. Koi are very sensitive to water conditions. Drastic changes in p/h, changes in water temperature, and existing health ailments--all will have adverse effects on your new koi. Koi sickness can spread fast from fish to fish. To reduce these risks, we recommend that you also quarantine your new koi from any fish for a period of two to three weeks. This will allow you to monitor and check your water quality and the health of your existing fish to ensure a smooth transition. If you do not have a separate quarantined system for new fish or existing koi sickness we can design and install one for you.
